The SCHMIDT - back gauge systems, type HAS are produced in different dimensions according to the requirements of our clients and can be attached to gate shears, bending presses and punching units. The stop fingers reach the preprogrammed position by means of a servo-motor. The operator positions the work piece at the stop finger and gives the start signal for the operating machine. The positioning of the stop fingers is effected by means of a memory-programmable control. Even operating staff without  any experience in programmable machines can easily handle the machine control after only a short training period.
