| The frame
of
the press is built in a solid
and non-distorting moulding
construction. The C-frame design allows a free access from three sides.
This allows a functional and easy loading of the machine.
In connection with the short
control times
the hydraulic drive allows
a high
speed of the piston and the numbers of strokes. The maintenance
friendly hydraulic aggregate is placed in the frame of the machine. The
hydraulic control is designed as a press system block.
The pressing
cylinder is
made of high-quality steel. The high-quality packet seals guarantee an
optimal sealing. For an installation of the necessary working tools the
piston of the press is fitted with a clamping device for tools
according to standard DIN.
The operating
elements are clearly
arranged at the front side of the
operating panel or on a moveable swivelling arm.

Our machines can
exercise a variety of control
functions, adapted to
different working tasks. According
to the UVV
(accident prevention
rules) each machine is fitted with a two-hand safety release.
The
electrohydraulic
control regulates the movement of the piston and this way also the
work flow in an easy and reliable way. All changes of movement are
effected shockfree.
For
the operation set up the
piston can be moved by means of touch operation.
All control and movement
sequences can be interrupted by pressing the emergency stop button.
To guarantee an optimal
adjustment of the machine to production conditions, the movement of the
piston can be controlled additionally depending on stroke, pressure and
time.
