Technical description:

The motor-driven laboratory presses are built in a stable 4-column upstroke construction.
The hydraulic aggregate is integrated into the base of the machine. The hydraulic pumps are working with an energy-saving switch-off operation. The hydraulic  control is designed as a press system block.
The control cabinet contains all necessary electrical components. All operating elements, necessary to control the press are clearly arranged at the front side of the control cabinet. The centrally arranged control panel is the human interface.
The pressing cylinder produces the required pressing force.
The ram works with upward movement and is guided along the columns with bronze bushes.
The two-hand safety buttons serve for a secure closing and opening of the press.
The lubrication of the bushes is centrally effected from a lubrication spot.
The cold-pressing-plates are removeable (to exchange them with the heating-plates for example) and surface grinded.
The adjustment of the crosshead is effected by adjusting the nuts at the columns. This method of adjustment even allows an exact alignment of the pressing-plates to one another.
At  the operating panel the set values can be entered and the actual values can be indicated. Besides the pressing programs can be programmed and administered and the machine parameters can be worked on.
The indication of the operating pressure is effected by an operating pressure gauge NG 63.
The supply voltage of the machine is 230 / 400 V 50 Hz.
