Technical description:

Our hydraulic punching units or rather C-frames are delivered with punching forces from 32 to 400 kN and with a material thickness up to 12 mm.
They can easily be integrated into existing plants but can also be used seperately.
They also come into operation in connection with the punching tables manufactured by us.
The stable board design, consisting of the sideplates, the base plate and the hydraulic cylinder, guarantees an operating sequence without any disturbances.
We deliver our punching units with surface grinded intermediate plates.
The intermediate plates are adjusted to the installation width.
The punching tools are built onto the inner plates and installed into the C-frame. This allows a quick and secure change of the working tools.
The drive can be taken over by an already available hydraulic power pack.
We can also deliver the C-frames with hydraulic power pack as well as with electrical and hydraulic control.
Our C-frames can be equipped/provided with punching tools or special tools.
If several C-frames have to be installed in a row we also deliver mounting plates up to a length of 3000 mm provided with slots.
Besides the different measures you find on the data sheet we also deliver special measures depending on the requirements of our clients.
