HE 10 - T


Purpose:
punching, piercing, folding, bowling, assembling, assembly by force fitting, planing etc.

Advantages:
robust and precise mechanism
accessibility from 3 sides because of C - frame construction
safety in case of manual feeding by means of two-hand operation device
hydraulic drive and electrical control correspond with UVV (accident prevention rules) and VDE - regulations
can be delivered ready for connection

function:
extending of the ram by means of two-hand operation device
retracting of the piston after adjusted pressing force has been reached
interruption of the stroke - as soon as the buttons of the two-hand operation device are no longer pressed during the closing movement
continuation of the closing movement (after interruption) as soon as the two-hand operation device is activated again
backstroke after interruption of the closing movement - by pressing the backstroke button and activating the two-hand  operation device

technique:
functional control elements
tension drilling borehole  in the ram for fixing of pressing tools
T-slot and centre hole in the table plate
connecting cable (5 m) with plug

bringing into service:
filling in of hydraulic oil
checking the rotation direction of the motor       

Options:
- substructure with table plate for the mounting of the table press
- electrical stroke limitation for upper stroke (OT) and lower stroke (UT)
- adjustment of pressing power
- adjustment of speed
- electrical adjustment of stroke by means of a travel sensor
- control of working stroke and pressing force
- change of speed during moving out and moving in of the cylinder by means of a joystick
- higher speed in connection with valves with control of switching spot 
- operation by means of foot-operated switch
